301 Park of Commerce North, a 110-acre park zoned for light industry. Located in south Manatee County, 301 Park of Commerce North offers easy access to US 301 and I-75 and has a variety of site sizes to accommodate your business.
Airport Business Park, a 131-acre park located adjacent to the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, has both warehouse and manufacturing space available. This park offers easy access to US 301 and US 41.
Creekwood East Corporate Park is the County’s only business park that allows industrial development with direct access to I-75. This 200-acre park is a Verizon SmartPark.
Eastport consists of 250 acres directly across from the entrance of Port Manatee.  Connected to the CSX Railroad mainline with extensive rail yard on site.
